Mein, Mehmood
Multiple award-winning and critically acclaimed film, 'Mein, Mehmood', talks about the problems faced by Asian immigrants because they don't know English. The film was shot extensively in the UAE and has premiered at prestigious festivals in Toronto, Chicago, Seattle, Washington DC, South Africa, Vancouver and Florence.
The film has won the best story at the DC South Asian Film Festival in USA and Best film at the prestigious River to River Florence Indian Film Festival in Italy, and recently won the coveted Golden Royal Bengal Tiger Award for Best Short Film at KIFF (Kolkata International Film Festival) on December 22, 2022.

Ozair Abdul Aleem (Ozzy)

With over 25 years in the creative fields, Ozzy began his career as a copywriter in Sharjah. He later worked with several ad agencies in India. For a brief period, he’s also freelanced as a copywriter/scriptwriter. In 2009, he started his own marketing firm called ‘Bizinfo Street’ out of Bangalore, India. Later on, he’s helped other creative people start their own firms. He also has written lyrics for a couple of Indian singers. In this period, he’s also worked with the famous Indian singer ‘Lucky Ali’ and also on a collaboration between Lucky Ali and Israeli singer ‘Eliazor Botzer’.As a filmmaker he has written and produced a dakkani language comedy web series. Currently he serves as the CEO of Black Book Media, which he sees would play a major role in making the UAE a major hub for films, television, and other creative platforms. Ozzy (not be mistaken with Osbourne) is also a big enthusiast of rock music. In fact, he also had been a vocalist with a couple of bands.
Prataya Saha

Prataya is an independent filmmaker, Tedx performer, theatre director & photographer. Many of Prataya’s films have won awards globally, in different film festivals. He is now 10 short films old with his films selected in 60+ film festivals around the world, winning over 17 awards. The latest being ‘Just Another Day’ which was the only Indian film to be screened at the New York Asian Film Festival in 2021. His films are also being streamed on several OTT platforms, worldwide. A record three of his films have been accepted in Viddsee.com, South East Asia’s largest online independent film curators.Two of the music videos he has directed have gone viral with over a combined 12 million views on YouTube. Over the years his work has been extensively covered and published in most National Newspapers including The Week, The Indulge Express, Times of India, The Hindu, Deccan Chronicle, Deccan Herald, The New Indian Express & The Economic Times.
Mohammed Shehbaz Khan

Mohammed Shehbaz Khan was born on May 11, 1993, in Bahrain- Manama to Salim Khan Pathan and Yasmin Khan. He developed an interest and fascination for the art of filmmaking when his dad’s friend gifted him a 3 Part in 1 Terminator film DVD. Hailing from a family filled with artists, he was introduced to various aspects of visual storytelling like layout, composition, color theory as well as writing techniques at a very early age. He completed his schooling in Riyadh-Saudi Arabia and moved to Mumbai where he completed 2 years of the Direction specialization at Whistling Woods International. Having made at more than 20 short films and multiple music videos, he went on to assist the acclaimed Bollywood filmmaker, Sanjay Leela Bhansali for his hit films, ‘Bajirao Mastani’ and ‘Padmavaat’.
Shahid Haider Mahir

Shahid Haider Mahir comes with around 18 years of experience in IT/ITES. He was worked in some top MNC's in India, US and Europe. He tryst with media, publication and writing comes from a very early age as most members of his family were either writers or involved in news publications and documentary production. Besides engineering in computer science, Shahid did his certification in creative writing from Leeds University in U.K.
